Brink, many thanks for great article but I got some issue here. I've tried using all the various methods you posted in this forum and Turn_On_Recent_Items_and_Frequent_Places reg file manage to enable me to use Quick Access again.

I am looking for what we had in Windows Start Menu up to Windows 7. A small list of 10 or 15 recent documents. Not the immense list of every folder and document which Windows + R brings up. Why does

Sorry one last piece of information if I go to OneDrive and look at recents the files in that list are correct. But the issue is when I am on my computer file explorer is shows recent files that were not accessed by me recently. What is really frustrating is the computer is showing that I accessed it when I clearly did not.

Necesito saber donde encuentro los documentos recientes en esta version de windows. En las anteriores, aparece la opcion directamente en el menu inicio.

On word my documents keep saving to a folder called d.docs.live.net, they should be saving to one drive but they seem to be in a different folder to my OneDrive. There are files in this folder that aren’t in my one drive folder and can’t be found by logging on to one drive on the web either.

In the old version of Word, you could find files you'd been working on by looking at the drop-down menu under"File."

Thanks a lot, for one more great tutorial, Shawn. I used the .bat file for a while, but I was not happy with the Quick Access behavior, as it was clearing all frequent folders, including the ones I had pinned, as I use them regularly (my scripts folder, being an example).
